3. Ordering and Delivery

• Order Acceptance: An order is considered accepted only after we confirm it via phone or email.
• Delivery Area: We primarily serve the Kos Marina and surrounding areas.
• Delivery Times: While we strive for 15-minute delivery (as stated on our homepage), delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or high demand.
• Delivery to Boats: For deliveries within the Marina, please provide your boat name and berth number clearly during checkout.

4. Payment

• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Mobile POS (Credit/Debit Card) upon delivery.
• All transactions are conducted in Euros.

5. Cancellations and Returns

• Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products (food, dairy, fresh produce), returns are not accepted for perishable items once the delivery is completed, for health and safety reasons.
• Non-Perishable Goods: You have the right to return non-perishable products within 14 days, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.
• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please call us immediately at +30 2242030055. Orders already dispatched for delivery cannot be cancelled.

6. Alcohol and Restricted Items

• By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age (ID card or Passport) upon delivery.
